Breathe
It's that time of year. Final projects, long papers, dossiers, presentations, presents to buy, budgets to balance, end of year duties, parties to plan and attend and the pressure is on. And while I'm in the middle of the madness also I sometimes forget to breathe. So I wear these headphones that has a soothing recorded voice that says breathe in, breathe out, breathe in, breathe out...no, really.
